Meet Magan
Hi, I’m Magan Fontenot Bonner, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, supervised by James Rogers, M.Ed., LPC-S.
I created this space to feel different than traditional therapy—more grounded, more human, and more connected.
I support children (8+), teen girls, and women navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and grief—including the kind of loss that doesn’t always have a clear name.
My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in nervous system regulation, helping you understand how stress and past experiences show up in the body—and how to gently begin shifting out of survival mode.
Together, we work on identifying and processing emotions, building practical coping tools, and creating a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.
I integrate CBT and TF-CBT with mindfulness, grounding practices, and body-based awareness to support steady, practical healing.
I also have advanced training in trauma-focused grief therapy and support those experiencing complex or ambiguous loss—the kind of grief that doesn’t always have clear closure.
More than anything, I aim to create a space that feels warm, real, and safe—where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

Offerings may include experiences like Girls Who Grow, Rooted Together, Come Sit With Us, and Mommy Healing Circle—each created with intention, care, and a focus on emotional well-being and connection.
